Skvělá kampaň sportovní značky Reebok. Celkem náhodně jsem na ni narazila a musím říct, že jsem z ní víc než nadšená. Je to taková dost dobrá inspirace k tomu, ještě víc na sobě makat, víc cvičit... A být lepší člověkem. Najdete ji zde.

Jednou částí je Human Score, kde si můžete pustit video o tom, které vlastnosti vlastně dělají člověka člověkem. A je to hodně zajímavé video! Rozhodně doporučuji se na něj podívat. Není moc dlouhé, takže vám nezabere moc času a nebudete litovat.
V této části si také můžete zkusit test, který vám sdělí, jaké je vaše Human Score. Já jsem si ho samozřejmě také zkusila a musím říct, že jsem pyšná na svůj výsledek. Test trval jen pár minut, takže si ho běžte zkusit. Buď vám zvedne sebevědomí, nebo ukáže na čem je třeba ještě zapracovat. Tak jako tak něco získáte.

// One part is Human Score, where you can watch a video that tells you which characteristics makes human a human in the first place. And it's very interesting video! I definitely recommend watching it. It's not that long so it won't take you a lot of time and you definitely won't regret.
In this part you can also take a test that tells you what's your Human Score. Naturally I tried the test too and I have to say I'm kinda proud of the result. Test took just a few minutes so go take it too for sure. Either it's gonna boost your confidence or show you in which areas you need to improve a bit more. Either way you gain something.

Věděli jste například, že běhání vám může pomoct v boji s depresí tím, že zvyšuje produkci serotoninu a dopaminu. Když si jdete zaběhat, tak je to vlastně jako by jste si vzali antidepresivum.
